Versarack Van Racking Assembly Instructions

If you purchase a single van racking unit it is dispatched as a flat pack unit – more than one unit purchased will come on a pallet sub assembled. These units are easier to assemble than the furniture from a famous flat packed Swedish furniture supplier. Please find assembly instructions below.

Building the Shelf

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE LIP ON THE END PANEL GOES UNDERNEATH THE SHELF PANEL

Insert Push Rivets

PRESS HOME THE BLACK NYLON PUSH RIVETS THROUGH THE LINED UP HOLES REPEAT ON ALL SHELVES / BOTH ENDS

Insert Bolts Hand Tight

LIE BLUE END FRAME ON FLAT SURFACE AND AFFIX SHELVES FRONT AND BACK WITH M8 X 16MM DOME HEAD BOLTS

Install Kick - Lashing Plate

AFFIX THE KICK / LASHING PLATE USING M8 X 16MM DOME HEAD BOLTS INTO PRE-FIXED CAGE NUTS

Place Other End Panel on Top

Place on top other blue end frame and repeat the fixings procedure as fig. 3 & fig. 4

Fit Rear Braces

Affix rear braces if required to add even more strength using m6 dome head bolts & nylocks
